Saturday 12th March 2011 Good bye Mack.

Mack Kerby has been with us before our move to Burpengary that's a number of years BUT tonight Wednesday just past we say Bon voyage to Mack as he heads off to Byron Bay to study. Mack you will be greatly missed. Enjoy your study, the sun ,surf and lifestyle. Come back and visit soon, safe journey.

Sunday 6th March 2011 Luca Irvin receives 3 Gold stripe

Due to her hard work and lots of practice on Saturday 5th March Luca Irvin was presented with her 3 rd golden stripe. What does this mean? well now Luca is in serious training for her solid Yellow belt.  A very good effort Luca....... Congratulations.

Wednesday 2nd March 2011 Qld State Open and our Grading dates!

Qld State Open:
Dates.           26th and 27th March. Saturday - Technical and Sunday Sparring
Start Time.    9.00 am start both days,
Fininsh.         Technical should be finished around 2 or 3 pm Saturday and Sparring around 4.00 pm Sunday.
Where.         Boondall Indoor Sports Arena, Boondall Entertainment Centre
It promises to be a great week end, we will have visitors from Korea competing as well as Samoa and New Zealand.

Grading Dates:
Dragon Flies - Wednesday, 30th March 2011. Time: 4.30 pm to 5.10pm

Scorpions and Warriors -       Saturday 2nd April 2011. Time:  9.30am - Registration and warm up.
Grading will start at 9.50am. Please be sure to have your grading Forms and all relevent information into Kwangjangnim by 30th March 2011. Gradings are getting bigger and is taking more time to prepare.
Forms will be available Monday 7th March and Wednesday 9th March.

Red belt and Black belt training on the 16th April will be cancelled due to a previous booking of the hall.
