Saturday training

Hi Everyone, I hope the Easter break was just what you needed a chance to relax catch up with family and share an Easter egg or two (3) hehe.
Are you looking to work it off if so remember Saturday morning training mixed class 9.30 am to 10.30 am over the holiday this class is FREE so come on down you know you'll feel better for it.
Black belt class 10.30am to 12.00pm I would like to invite all red belts R1 and up Scorpions and Warriors normally is $20 but over the easter break $15.00 each..
This will help you maintain over the break and get you fired up for next term. C U there.
